About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Program Coordinator II to join our Operations team supporting a fast-growing Direct Sales Contact Center. In this role, you will coordinate projects and strategic initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring cross-functional teams remain aligned, milestones are met, and business objectives are achieved.
You will partner closely with Operations, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and business leaders to support project delivery, monitor risks, track key performance indicators, and facilitate change management activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and excels at keeping projects organized and on track.
What You'll Do
Coordinate projects and business initiatives from intake through execution and deployment
Support project planning, prioritization, and alignment with business objectives and operational impact
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, staffing plans, and status reports
Track project milestones, deliverables, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional activities with Operations, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and other business partners
Schedule and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications
Prepare executive-ready project updates, presentations, and reporting materials
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with PMO standards, governance, and established processes
Support change management activities, including communication planning, training coordination, and adoption tracking
Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and operational KPIs
Identify risks, proactively drive issue resolution, and escalate concerns when appropriate
Maintain project documentation, action logs, meeting minutes, change requests, and risk registers
Support post-implementation reviews and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement
Assist Program Managers with coordinating multiple projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies Requirements
Years of experience in project coordination, project management, program management, or business operations
Experience supporting multiple cross-functional projects in a fast-paced business environment
Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, reporting, and project governance principles
Experience coordinating stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Compliance, Legal, and business teams
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to risk management
Experience supporting change management and business transformation initiatives
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies is preferred Benefits
