Asa FiberSales Representative,you will be responsible for ourfiber sales in multi-unit buildings. This is an exciting role thatallows you to develop our business on different levels. You will bethe go-to person for the owners/inhabitants but also other externalstakeholders such as property management companies and syndics.Responsible for the total sales in the multi-unit buildings you willdevelop relationships with all those stakeholders and potentialclients. Convince every inhabitant to become a DIGI client is yourmain goal!

Butfirst of all it will be necessary to develop a strategy and actionplan to do so. Assess the plan, adapt where necessary and use for anew building. We will need to find the perfect way of working and youget energy from doing so.

So:you are the brains and the hands for the multi-unit building fiberstrategy. You think, develop a plan, test the plan, and succeed!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defineall potential buildings now and in the future
  • Workon a strategy and action plan to approach all stakeholders
  • Briefinternal departments if you need their support to succeed
  • Getthe needed agreements and contracts
  • Responsiblefor the B2C sales within the building
  • Doa constant PDCA on the strategy and action plan

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Completionof higher education or equivalent studies (preferably in businessmanagement, marketing, sales, property management, real estate...)is a plus. You should have a higher education level of thinking andworking.
  • Youneed to be able to think on a strategy level and act on a tacticallevel.
  • Youhave a first professional experience in a similar (commercial orreal estate) role of at least 5 years.
  • Knowledgefrom and experience with real estate stakeholders is a plus
  • Youget energy from closing deals. The mix of long-term lead times(relational) and short-term (transactional) deals and projects keepsyou going.
  • Strongorganisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projectssimultaneously
  • Excellentcommunication skills to interact with individuals from diversebackgrounds and departments
  • Attentionto detail and a high degree of integrity and responsibility whenclosing contracts
  • Proficiencyin using office software and good computer skills
  • Avalid driving licence B
  • Proficiencyin French (FR) and Dutch (NL) is mandatory
  • English(EN) language skills due to the international profile of our company
