About the Role:-

  1. Lead and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to educate the market, drive brand awareness, generate sales-ready leads, and nurture our existing sales funnel, directly increasing market demand and sales pipeline.
  2. Track and report marketing key performance indicators and identify, recommend, and execute improvements for accelerating lead generation and brand awareness.
  3. Collect, monitor, and analyze the performance of campaigns (email, social, paid media, events, etc.) to optimize performance and re-allocate spend as needed.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, publications, product messaging and positioning, and key business needs, and adjust content and strategy accordingly.
  5. Work cross-functionally across the organization to oversee the timely execution of demand generation plans.
  6. Plan, execute, and oversee a diverse range of demand generation events both onsite and virtual, from concept to post-event evaluation.
  7. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution, including marketing, design, sales, and technical teams.
  8. Manage project-related budgets.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of marketing experience in EdTech or Technology.
  2. Bachelor’s degree or related work experience a must, master’s degree a plus.
  3. Analytical, with the ability to capture and derive insights from key data points for optimized marketing channel performance.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Strong quantitative business process and project management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with proficiency in project management tools.
  6. Self-starter with the proven ability to drive for results individually or as a team.
