We are seeking a spunky and dynamic marketing professional to join our team in Singapore as a Field Marketing Specialist.

As the Field Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing our brand's reputation and visibility, and effectively organize and plan programs and events in order to drive demand. Ideally, you’ve seen the importance of field marketing strategies and campaigns in taking a brand and demand gen to the next level in the broader APAC region. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute integrated, omnichannel sales and marketing campaigns within the APAC region.
  • Collaborate as necessary with sales, marketing, and client success teams for all programs and campaigns.
  • Plan and host events (virtual and in-person) for current clients and agencies in the APAC region.
  • Support strategic account-based initiatives with highly targeted and personalized outreach.
  • Provide support to the sales team in crafting complex proposals.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of our focused nurture and retargeting strategy.
  • Ensure the team's adherence to project timelines and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Produce post-campaign evaluation reports to facilitate ROI analysis.
  • Operate in the setup and management of the necessary tech stack for the successful execution of sales and marketing programs.

What you bring

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Field Marketing Specialist or similar role within the B2B industry
  • Excellent understanding of demand generation, marketing concepts, and best practices
  • Proficiency in marketing automation software and CRM tools
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel as needed
