How will you make an impact?
We're looking for an experienced Field Sales Representative to partner with field service delivery management to understand our customers’ requirements and uncover new opportunities. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will develop and implement successful strategies and tactics to penetrate markets and add value to our impressive list of long-lasting relationships.

**Fully remote position based in Atlanta, GA.
What will you do?
- Develops and maintains strategic customer relationships by proactively engaging with existing customers and new prospects to consistently achieve sales and TSS business goals.
- Identifies new opportunities: increasing the footprint of business and solutions with assigned customers, ensuring an attractive and sizeable qualified pipeline and high closing ratio
- Establishes and maintains professional credibility and influence within our industry to effectively partner with customers and be seen as a strategic partner, and champion of maximizing the customer experience.
- Able to network and prospect in multiple industries to develop a robust qualified pipeline that will meet TSS company sales goals and objectives.
- Able to interact and present TSS portfolio of services to all levels within an existing and potential client.
- Expected to attend industry trade shows and conferences.
- Operates as a mentor to customers by assessing vertical and horizontal growth by educating and marketing new services.
- Ensures strong growth via cross sell and upsell strategies by internally partnering with different business lines.
- Works closely with other Field Sales Representatives, Inside Sales, and service delivery managers to ensure strong customer satisfaction and alignment on our ability to deliver sold services.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge base of the company’s full suite of service offerings in order to adapt recommendations quickly to suit customer needs.
- Conduct structured business review sessions with executive management to update and ensure alignment on customer strategies and priorities, refine our value proposition, and offer continuous improvement through new ideas and recommendations.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range of $75,000- $110,000 ($107,142 - $157,142 OTE)

How will you get here?
Education and Experience
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Environmental Facilities Management, or other related field.
- A master’s degree is a plus
- Requires 5+ years of experience in a sales role independently sourcing and managing a book of business.
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar Customer Relations Management (CRM) system to document productivity, report pipeline expectations, and uncover opportunities.
- A combination of education, training and related experience may meet requirements.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Thorough knowledge of the laboratory/healthcare compliance services business and other related markets.
- Established track record of successfully selling service support contracts, subscriptions, or other related services.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills with a passion for problem-solving and going above-and-beyond for each customer.
- High level of interpersonal skills to interact with employees, prospects, existing customers, peers, and management
- Excellent written and verbal skills; including the ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organization up to the executive leadership team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to an ever-changing environment
- Knowledge and experience utilizing Microsoft Office suite
- Remote but ability to travel 50% – 70% of the time to visit customer sites
