The Service engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for maintenance and service the instrument for customer satisfaction. This position is part of the Customer satisfaction department located in Daejeon and will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Various on-site service activities, including installation and maintenance of instrument, and software upgrades in case of instrument problems, including preventive Maintenance.
Responding to a customer's service request
Maintain a favorable relationship with customers
Waiting for emergency service calls during off-duty hours (on weekends and night shifts)
Performing a variety of service tasks and challenges
Cooperation with team members
Work collaboration with relevant department
Compliance with company policies
Completion of a training program
The essential requirements of the job include:
Experience: less than 6 years of experience in diagnostic industry.
Anyone who doesn't have a problem with overseas travel and domestic business trips.
Major: Medical engineering department or electronics or mechanical engineering department of the same kind
Foreign Language: Preferential treatment for those with excellent English speaking, reading, and writing skill
Computer utilization: MS Office availability and related program availability
