Project Scope
Focus is on Figma migration work:
Moving a subset of files and a shared design library to a new account
Expect breakages (especially tokens) that must be fixed/reconnected
Includes:
Initial sandbox testing
Assessment + effort estimation
Full migration execution
Estimated timeline:
~1 month testing
~1–2 months migration work
✅ Top Candidate Requirements (Non-Negotiables)
Deep Figma expertise + token-level knowledge
Strong understanding of design tokens, shared libraries, and cascading properties
Strong communication / seniority
Ability to evaluate, estimate effort, and advise on migration
Design systems experience
Experience with components, patterns, and scalable UI systems
👉 Token experience is the highest priority vs. admin or migration-only experience.

7–10 years of experience (senior-level role)
Experience with:
Design systems (building or influencing them)
Tokenization (critical)
Shared libraries in Figma
Industry background: Open to any domain
