Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and inquisitive Finance Business Partner who will play a critical role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making within the organisation. The ideal candidate will excel in communicating complex financial insights to a variety of stakeholders and will possess a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Requirements
Key responsibilities
1. Strategic Financial Analysis:
- Provide in-depth financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate financial performance and identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
2. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across various departments.
- Communicate financial information clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders, ensuring they understand key metrics and implications.
- Support CFO and CEO through fundraising rounds through Cap Table Scenario modelling.
3. Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and strategies.
- Collaborate with departments to develop accurate and realistic financial plans.
4. Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor financial performance against targets and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on financial performance to senior management.
5. Inquisitive Approach:
- Demonstrate a proactive and curious mindset in analysing financial data and business operations.
- Seek out and address underlying issues and opportunities for process improvement.
6. Decision Support:
- Support senior leaders in making informed decisions by providing comprehensive financial analyses and scenario planning.
- Evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives and operational changes.
- Optimise Customer Pricing models to deliver maximum commercial Impact to the business.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to understand their financial needs and provide tailored support.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to discuss financial performance and strategy.
8. Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and implement best practices in financial management and reporting.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging practices to bring innovative ideas to the role.
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a finance business partnering role, Ideally within a fintech or other regulated fast-paced environment, experience In the crypto space Is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with senior leaders.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis, with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with financial software and integrating ERP systems
