Job Description

Cosy Hauz, a leading real estate company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. As the Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing financial strategies to ensure the organization's financial health. You will oversee the company's financial operations, including accounting, financial analysis, and budget forecasting. The ideal candidate will have excellent financial management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies and plans that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Oversee accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, legal regulations, and company policies and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors and financial institutions.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to create accurate financial projections.
  • Provide financial recommendations to senior management on budgeting, forecasting, and profitability improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial management role in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of finance and accounting principles, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams and building effective relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide financial and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
