    Role Overview

    The Finance Data Analytics Manager will own and scale our finance and accounting data ecosystem. This role will be responsible for designing and maintaining data infrastructure, building integrations between business systems, ensuring data integrity across platforms, and delivering scalable reporting solutions that support Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Executive Leadership.

    Key Responsibilities

    Data Architecture, Integrity & Systems

    • Design, implement, and maintain integrations between BigQuery and operational platforms.

    • Evaluate and build data requirements for all incoming systems to ensure alignment with financial reporting, operational reporting, and executive decision-making needs.

    • Develop reconciliation processes and automated controls to identify data discrepancies and ensure consistency between source systems and financial records.

    • Establish and maintain a scalable data architecture that serves as the single source of truth for business reporting.

    • Create data governance standards, documentation, and validation procedures to improve reliability and transparency across the organization.

    • Proactively identify gaps in system integrations, reporting capabilities, and data quality, and implement solutions to support the company's growth.

    Analytics & Reporting

    • Build and maintain scalable datasets, views, and reporting layers within BigQuery.

    • Develop automated dashboards and KPI reporting for Finance, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership.

    • Analyze trends related to revenue, profitability, inventory, cash flow, customer behavior, and operational performance.

    • Support monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, board reporting, and ad hoc analysis.

    Automation & Process Improvement

    • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting, reconciliations, and business processes.

    • Improve efficiency across Finance and Accounting through data-driven solutions.

    • Develop tools and workflows that increase visibility into key business drivers.

    • Support continuous improvement initiatives across systems, reporting, and data management processes.

    • Translate complex business requirements into actionable reporting and analytics solutions.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

    • 4+ years of experience

    • Experience with Shopify, NetSuite, WMS, IMS, OMS

    • Experience with ETL and integration tools such as Fivetran, Airbyte, Stitch, or similar platforms.

    • Advanced Google BigQuery experience.

    • Expert-level SQL skills.

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    • Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a high-volume environment

    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
