Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of the financial operations of the company.
- Prepare, analyze, and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Provide monthly analysis of financial performance, highlighting key variances.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to support business operations, particularly in relation to financial analysis and reporting.
- Own the expense tracking by category and teams. Own reports to understand better the expenses.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- At least 5 years of finance or accounting experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Self-starter, highly motivated, and proactive with an attention to detail.
- Knowledge of accounting software packages, such as QuickBooks, is a plus.
