This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your finance expertise in shaping the future of AI systems. As a Finance Expert, you will contribute to the development of next-generation AI models by providing high-quality, real-world financial insights that enhance how these models learn and perform.
Provide expert insight and analysis across finance domains such as investment banking, risk management, portfolio management, and corporate financial strategy.
Evaluate and develop detailed financial valuation models, primarily in xlsx formats, to support various investment theses and scenarios.
Contribute in-depth knowledge on regulatory compliance tracking and evolving industry standards.
Deliver high-quality, structured written and verbal feedback on financial workflows, datasets, and methodologies.
Present complex financial concepts clearly to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and precision in communication.
Collaborate with other finance experts to ensure consistency, accuracy, and depth across all project deliverables.
Engage with AI development teams, providing real-world financial context to optimize training data and model performance.
5-10+ years of hands-on experience in finance roles such as Investment Banking Analyst, Corporate Risk Manager, Portfolio/Asset Manager, or Financial Manager.
Advanced proficiency in building and auditing financial valuation models, especially in xlsx.
Track record of producing clear, articulate written reports, memos, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated expertise tracking and interpreting regulatory compliance changes and their impacts.
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential for this project.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail in complex financial environments.
Ability to commit at least 10+ hours per week to project tasks and deliverables.
Preferred candidates will have experience in the US, Canada, UK, Europe, or LATAM financial sectors, and direct involvement in AI, fintech, or data-driven finance projects. Previous collaboration with cross-functional teams in a remote setting is also advantageous.
