About the Position
Position: Financial Assistant
Contract Term: Indefinite
Employment Type: Self-Employed (PJ)
Work Arrangement: 100% remote – (1–2 in-person sessions per month)

Attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy in deliverables.
Ability to provide visibility into ongoing activities, maintaining clear and transparent communication about the progress of tasks.
Ability to work well in a team, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments.
Openness to receiving feedback, using it as a tool for learning and continuous development.
Discipline in meeting deadlines, with a good sense of prioritization and organization of tasks according to business needs.
Responsibilities
Assist in completing and verifying the monthly billing spreadsheet.
Help enroll new employees in internal systems.
Support bank reconciliation by verifying that balances match bank statements.
Organize and enter invoices and other documents into the financial systems.
Assist with the control and organization of departmental documentation.
Monitor deadlines for payments, receipts, and contract renewals, contributing to compliance with the department’s SLAs.
Desirable Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields.
Currently in the second semester or later of your undergraduate program.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel, including formulas such as SUM, AVERAGE, and SUMIF.
Interest in pursuing a career in Administration, Finance, or Operations.
Proactive attitude, with a desire to learn and grow professionally.
