Requirements
Proven experience as a Financial Controller or senior finance role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices
Experience with financial management systems and accounting software
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Demonstrated ability to prepare budgets, forecasts, and detailed financial reports
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degree is an advantage
