    Weare looking for a highly motivated Forward DeployedEngineer (FDE) with hands-on experience in Palantir Foundry and Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) to work directly with clients and solve complex business challengesthrough data-driven solutions. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, data engineering, and client consulting, requiring both strong technical expertise and excellentstakeholder management skills.

    The ideal candidatewill partner with customers to understand their business objectives, designscalable data architectures, and deliver impactful enterprise solutionsleveraging Foundry and AIP capabilities.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Partner with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

    • Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines using Palantir Foundry.

    • Build and manage Ontology Models and business objects to support enterprise-wide use cases.

    • Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems (5+ source systems) into the Foundry ecosystem.

    • Develop complex data transformation workflows and optimize pipeline performance for scalability and reliability.

    • Configure, implement, and enhance Foundry Applications and AIP workflows to address business challenges.

    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software engineers, product managers, and client stakeholders.

    • Deliver end-to-end solutions from requirements gathering through deployment and support.

    • Prepare technical documentation, architecture designs, and client-facing presentations.

    • Conduct solution walkthroughs and demonstrations for business and technical audiences.

    • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement performance improvements.

    • Support testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives across projects.

    • Contribute to best practices, reusable frameworks, and solution accelerators within the organization. Skills, Knowledge & Experience

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.

    • 2–4 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or related technical roles.

    • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with Palantir Foundry and AIP in production environments.

    • Strong expertise in:

    • Foundry Pipelines

    • Ontology Modeling

    • Data Integration

    • Pipeline Development

    • Complex Data Transformations

    • Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise applications and source systems.

    • Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation, transformation, and analysis.

    • Hands-on programming experience in Python or Java.

    • Solid understanding of APIs, ETL processes, data modeling, and modern data engineering principles.

    • Experience working with version control systems such as Git.

    • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

    • Ability to design scalable and maintainable data solutions for enterprise environments.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Proven ability to interact directly with clients and manage stakeholder expectations.

    • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic project environments.

    • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions.
