The Role
FURTHER is looking for our first Sales Engineer. As the pioneer in this role, you'll be key in getting new customers started with our technology. Your role will be pivotal in customer interactions, offering trusted advice and technical expertise before and after sales. What sets FURTHER's process apart is that onboarding happens as a pre-sales activity, which is different from the typical post-sales onboarding. Your duties will involve understanding each customer's unique needs, crafting tailored solutions, and guiding them through the onboarding and implementation process. This role requires technical proficiency, project management skills, and a customer-centric approach to ensure successful outcomes and foster enduring relationships. You'll serve as a technical expert and dependable advisor to our sales team during the pre-sales stage. Your technical acumen will be essential in identifying customer challenges, suggesting tailored solutions, and demonstrating FURTHER's software capabilities.
