Responsibilities
- Conduct CV screening and candidate assessment.
- Manage written communication with candidates in English to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Organize and conduct interviews with relevant candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update an ATS to keep track of candidates, their status, and feedback.
- Be ready to get involved into different HR projects (i.e., C&B).
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on mass hiring.
- Strong ability to screen candidates effectively and manage a large amount of data accurately.
- Excellent multitasking skills to manage multiple candidates and recruitment tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English: C1 / C2 / Native.
- Proficiency in Russian: C1 / C2 / Native.
- Proficiency in PC softwares: Gmail, GDrive, Notion, etc.
- Ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs and work within the fast-paced nature of a startup environment.
- Familiarity with using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar recruitment software.
