Position
Freelance Recruitment Partner
📍 Anywhere in Thailand

What You'll Be Doing
Source and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking and direct sourcing
Deliver multilingual and international talent for projects across Europe and the UAE
Conduct screening interviews and candidate assessments
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Coordinate interviews and candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
Work directly with DKR's Service Delivery Team and Managing Director
Maintain organised ATS records and candidate documentation
Become a trusted recruitment partner within your market
What We're Looking For
✔ Fluent Thai and English (written and spoken)
✔ Previous recruitment experience
✔ Proven ability to source candidates across South East Asia and Oceania
✔ Experience recruiting for international opportunities
✔ Ability to source volume and language-speaking candidates for European markets
✔ Strong sourcing, networking and talent attraction skills
✔ Excellent organisation, communication and responsiveness
✔ ATS and recruitment technology experience is advantageous
✔ Self-motivated and able to work independently
