Teem is seeking a reliable and skilled Front Desk Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing appointments and insurance queries while ensuring a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and greet patients with a friendly demeanor.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records efficiently.
- Verify patient insurance information and determine eligibility.
- Assist patients with inquiries related to insurance coverage and billing.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and administrative staff for seamless operations.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or healthcare a plus
Knowledge of medical insurance processes and terminology a plus
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and multitask
Proficiency in healthcare management software a plus
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
