Front-end Developer
As a Frontend Developer at FutureSight, you will work with our studio team on various projects for our clients and new startup initiatives. We are looking for someone with a “Let’s roll up our sleeves and get it done” attitude. A successful candidate needs to show energy, passion, “can do” attitude. Be proactive at every level. High engagement and communication skills are fundamental for us.
Key Responsibilities
Build web applications with web development best practices.
Transform app designs into front-end code with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Work with back-end developers to integrate UI components with APIs and databases.
Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs or UX design.
Debug errors, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine performance optimizations.
Implement on-site search engine optimization (SEO).
Write high-quality, scalable, and reusable code.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
Provide support to other members of the production team.
Key Requirements
“Can do” attitude and hard working
Minimum of 3 years of experience developing modern, responsive, and cross-browser-compatible websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue.
Experience with JavaScript libraries such as jQuery and Bootstrap.
Proficiency with HTML5, including semantic HTML5 elements, microformats, and WAI-ARIA.
Familiarity with CSS pre-processors such as Sass, Less, or Stylus.
Experience with build tools such as Grunt, Gulp, or Webpack.
Basic proficiency with Photoshop and web design.
Fluent English!
Proficiency in ChatGPT and similar generative AI tools.
Knowledge of transformer models (e.g., GPT, BERT).
Expertise in prompt engineering for AI optimization.
Experience with AI tools for workflow automation and creativity (e.g., DALL-E, OpenAI API).
Nice to Have
Proficiency in Polish language for communication.
Previous experience in mentoring.
