If you’re keen to join, we’re looking for a Fulfillment Specialist (Permanent Work from home) to join our team in Manila.

As a Fulfillment Specialist, your role entails coordinating and processing hardware sales orders, including new and existing ones from our distribution partners. You will handle resolving order and shipment issues, managing returns, warranty claims, and related processes. You will be collaborating closely with our sales and GTM Operations teams to ensure excellent customer assistance and operational efficiency.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Address inquiries regarding hardware shipments and returns, both from customers and internal teams, via phone and email.
  • Process orders from the webstore and ensure timely fulfillment while maintaining the website's current status.
  • Monitor and manage various communication channels including Slack, email inbox, and phones to handle multiple queues efficiently.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse partners to guarantee prompt and accurate delivery of physical purchases and manage returns effectively.
  • Thoroughly document and monitor customer issues and resolutions using ZenDesk and Salesforce platforms.
  • Facilitate communication regarding backorders and inventory levels within the North American sales organisation, providing necessary updates to customers.
  • Verify and maintain accuracy of customer account information.

What you need to bring:

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

  • Previous experience in a similar or administrative position
  • Exceptional proficiency in time management, multitasking, and organisational skills
  • Strong focus on detail
  • Recognised knack for problem-solving, with a demonstrated ability to anticipate change and proactively adjust priorities
  • Prior experience operating in technical settings
  • Previous familiarity with CRMs and in fulfillment is a bonus!
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Our hiring process is very straightforward. You’ll undergo a preliminary video screening and the whole process will be conducted at the comfort of your own home, through Zoom or Google Meet. No need to go through Manila's heavy traffic!
