We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Full-Stack Software Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing our cutting-edge POS and KDS software, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience.
As our HQ is located in the Netherlands,(GMT+1) we are looking for someone who is capable of independently interacting with our reseller network in the United States. They will handle first- and second-line support, but may sometimes require backup from a developer.
After your onboarding you will receive deploy access to a “beta environment”, which runs on the same database as production, allowing you to quickly respond to requests from resellers (without running migrations / changing the data structure).
Requirements:
7+ years of professional software development experience.
3+ years of experience working in a table-service restaurant environment (essential for understanding restaurant workflows and pain points).
Strong proficiency in Javascript/Typescript, including ES6+ features, including Node.js, React & MongoDB.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Haves:
Prior experience with the Meteor framework.
Prior experience in similar restaurant software systems.
