Fulcrum is looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our project!

About the project: The platform connects dental practices with skilled professionals, facilitating swift filling of temporary shifts and full-time positions. For professionals, it offers tailored matches, same-day pay, flexible scheduling, access to reviews, and a free platform. Practices benefit from high fill rates, administrative support, vetted professionals at a transparent price, and dedicated concierge assistance.
(80% of the web app is ready. Mobile app is to be built from scratch)
Requirements:
— English level Upper-Intermediate;
- General experience as Fullstack Developer (3+ years);
— Strong knowledge of JavaScript (3+ years) and TypeScript (1+ year);
— Strong knowledge of HTML\CSS;
— Understand frontend and mobile architecture best pracrites;
— Experience with FrontEnd (Next) (2+ years);
— Experience withs React Native Developer (3+ years).
Main responsibilities:
— optimizing the web app (existing)
- Start developing the mobile app from scratch
— No designer. The developer might have to use a little bit of their own creative mind to put together some UI details themselves based on the libraries that we use ( it's not a consumer application, so it doesn't have to be, like, pixel perfect)
