We are currently hiring a Funding Specialist to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved! This position will require 2 weeks of on-site training in our Draper, UT office.

OUR DAY-TO-DAY:
Review lease agreements comparing specific information between the lease database entries
Address and maintain incoming emails and instant messaging requests
Utilize multiple tools and systems concurrently
Work collaboratively with the team to quickly and accurately support stakeholders
Learn and maintain knowledge of Funding, Credits, and Returns processes
YOU’LL BRING:
1 to 3 years' experience in Customer Service role
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to internal stakeholders
Acute attention to detail in a highly comprehensive, quickly changing environment
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure by utilizing whole numbers, percentages, and decimals
Results oriented and able to accomplish assigned tasks consistently
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to think critically about processes
Ability to independently identify issues, conduct research, and propose solutions
High accuracy in performing the same tasks correctly and repeatedly
10 Key proficient
Associate degree or equivalent work experience
