We are looking for a Planning & Coordination to be a part of our team in the Gastronometro Department.

Job Description

  • Gathering requests for internal and external events
  • Monitoring the reservation system and coordinating with relevant departments
  • Conducting weekly coordination meetings,
  • Preparing weekly hospitality and event reports
  • Organizing weekly cultural breakfasts
  • Implementing quality and ISO regulations in the relevant department,
  • Entering critical information of banquet attendees into the system for sales purposes
  • Daily entry of reservations into the system and keeping it up-to-date
  • Participating in and managing the scheduling process of Gastronometro’s training planning meetings
  • Planning and scheduling external training sessions and trainers, along with completing hotel accommodation and payment forms
  • Greeting internal clients and ensuring follow-ups throughout the event
  • Monitoring and resolving customer problems and complaints

Qualifications

  • Preferably university graduate
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the industry
  • Proficient in English
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Familiar with quality and ISO regulations
  • Team player
  • Open to development and innovation, confident in creavity
  • Succesful in interpersonal relationships with strong communication skills
  • Able to adapt to flexible working hours
  • Prioritizes guest satisfaction and values quality standards with a cheerful demeanor
  • Completed military service for male candidates
  • Being food lover and interested in gastronomy

Additional Information

Head Office Working Model is Hybrid in Metro, We're working remotely on Mondays and Fridays. You can work from anywhere on these days!
