The Position
The Opportunity
Leads all Services delivered from the D2P and R2R organizations to Roche countries and respective end users and business units. Responsible (end to end) for quality, efficiency and cost of desk delivery within the dedicated operations. Ensures efficient and effective delivery of operational plans based on agreed processes, standards and tools. Supports the partnership between the RSS and assigned business/sites/locations to maximize the existing services, and ensure services are reliable, adhere to the business needs and have global/regional consistency with appropriate cost/benefit. Responsible for the operations including training, workforce management, reporting/analytics of key KPIs and metrics. Also responsible for core business procedures and support for core operating processes (Knowledge Management, Incident Management, Request Management). Identifies, coaches and develops employees ensuring the efficient operation of the function.

actively pursues the implementation of the E2E BPM strategy.
is responsible for global, cross divisional state-of-the-art process design within his/her business process area within the E2E process
is the empowered decision maker for his/her area across divisions and in line with the E2E Business Process Management guardrails from the GBPM
works closely with the E2E GBPMs & GBPS network to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering or a comparable education
5 - 7 years professional experience
preferably in Business Process Management, Information Management / IT, Finance/Procurement, Risk/Internal Control Management, Accounting, Audit
Strong E2E business process area understanding and deep process knowledge as well as technical expertise for his/her dedicated area (Accounts receivables / Treasury)
Strong technical competencies in SAP FI/CO, IFRS Accounting, ICFR, Procurement, Transparency Laws and Regulations
Proven methodological skills e.g. BPM, Six Sigma (DMAIC), agile ways of working (Scrum), continuous improvement (Lean, PDCA, Kaizen)
Agile mindset (speed, stability, flexibility) - works according to and brings in the agile mindset and concepts in daily operations
Good collaboration, teamwork and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving mindset
Proven customer-centric mindset (internal & external)
High attention to quality and details
Highly comfortable with handling ambiguity and taking decisions
Experience in working in multicultural teams, organizational and project management skills, especially in matrix structures, considering/balancing interests of senior stakeholders from different functions
Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams
Extensive change management and conflict management skills and experience
Business fluency in English
Willingness to travel internationally (up to 10%)
