Nomad Insurance is an autonomous team owning our individual product line, including:- Nomad Essential, our core travel medical insurance - the first product we launched and our main revenue driver

• Nomad Complete, our fast scaling (“Series A stage”) health insurance for digital nomads

• Nomad Citizen, our MVP-stage safety net product (including income protection and first citizenship features) It’s a unique opportunity to scale products at different stages of maturity and help achieve our vision of building the global social safety net.As the General Manager for Nomad Insurance, you will lead the product end-to-end. This role blends the responsibilities of a product leader and growth leader. You will be responsible for the overall success of the product, from defining strategy and shaping the user experience to ensuring smooth operational execution. You will also lead the Nomad Insurance team, including growth, engineering and design, ensuring people are joyful and productive. We’re looking for someone who is a born entrepreneur, can relate deeply to our users and their lifestyle, knows how to position and grow the product, and can rally the team around a clear vision - to scale the product 10x from $30m to $300m and ultimately realize the vision of a global social safety net and a digital citizenship. 👩‍💻 Your responsibilities will include: - Being the overall owner of Nomad Insurance, you will be responsible for solving problems and hitting product and growth goals, and ensuring they remain aligned with the company’s broader strategy and vision

• Being the voice of our Nomad Insurance customers and ensuring their experience is amazing and we make something people love

• Working with the product team to define product goals, prioritize features, and product improvements

• Leading and mentoring the Nomad Insurance team, ensuring the team remains organized, joyful, and productive

• Managing the key internal and external relationships needed to successfully run the product
