Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused professional to serve as a trusted travel expert for German-speaking customers, assisting them in planning, booking, and managing their travel experiences through a leading online travel agency platform.
What You Will Do
Provide expert travel advice and personalized recommendations to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, assist customers with the research, planning, and booking of flights, hotels, holiday packages, car rentals, and ancillary travel services, handle post-booking enquiries, and proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
