To strengthen our marketing and sales operations team, we are looking for confident and energetic Global Data Analyst who will provide a support to the Marketing and Sales Performance Management team with the necessary analytical and process support for effective implementation of M&S process and policies.
Your Responsibilities:
Market & Business Visibility processes: Liaise with Market & Business Visibility team in M&S Operations, to view the processes, transactions and determine how well processes are running, and whether they are delivering maximum value accurately and completely to the business.
Data Visualization & Analytics: Anaplan model builder & Power bi Expert. Develops and maintain reports and dashboards (including but not limited to Power BI, Salesforce.com reports and Dashboards) for the Marketing & Sales stakeholders. Supports in training the stakeholders about the usage of the reports and dashboards.
Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of data quality and completeness.
Perform analysis and develops recommendations for continuous improvement opportunities and valuable insights across the data sources, Manage user access permissions and access rights to files, systems, and services.
Gathers, interprets, and uses complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and optimize results. Develops and maintain reports and dashboards (including but not limited to Power BI, Salesforce.com reports and Dashboards) for the Marketing & Sales stakeholders.
Support key Marketing & Sales processes for Market and Demand estimations, Target setting and Growth Planning. Support creation and maintenance of performance analysis dashboards.
Hands on in Power BI & Power Tool & Anaplan Experience. Build Analysis Services reporting models. Develop visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop.
Connect to data sources, importing data and transforming data for Business Intelligence.
Analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports.
Implement row level security on data and understand application security layer models in Power BI. Make DAX queries in Power BI desktop, Use advance level calculations on the data set. Design methodology and project documentation, Develop tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with warehouse standards.
Adept in development, publishing, and scheduling Power BI reports as per the business.
Understand the business requirements and develop data models accordingly by taking care of the resources. Have knowledge and experience in prototyping, designing, and requirement analysis.
Have knowledge and skills for secondary tools such as Microsoft Azure, SQL data warehouse, PolyBase, Visual Studio, etc. Integrate Power BI reports into other applications using embedded analytics like Power BI service (SaaS), or by API automation. Develop custom visuals for Power BI.

Your Background:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical / data sciences / business discipline.
At least five years of experience in Complex Data Analysis, Data Visualisation, and Data Reporting.
Experience modelling in Anaplan.
Expertise in PowerBI, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint is a must.
Proficiency with statistics and data analytics.
Affinity to work with different Data Sources / Data Base / Data Retrieval Systems.
Stakeholder management experience and sense of customer orientation.
Ability to work on multiple assignments in parallel and keep up with deadlines and quality.
Preferably experienced in working with Marketing & Sales teams.
Intermediate knowledge in Salesforce.com is of advantage.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
