The Autodesk People and Places Organization (PPL) is transforming the Learning and Talent Management (L&TM) organization.  We have an opportunity for a Global Learning & Talent Management Deployment Managerwho will develop and drive a consistent, efficient, and effective approach to implementation and ongoing operations. Reporting to the Director of Learning and Talent ManagementEnablement, you will collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams including internal L&TM team program owners, the Go to Market (GTM) team, People Experience Team, People Business Partners, People Consultants, Site Leaders, ESE, and internal enablement teams outside of PPL to deliver high impact, global learning and enablement experiences while personally overseeing some of our most strategic operations efforts.

As the Global Learning & Talent Management Deployment Manager, you willlead a team of learning specialists, leveraging your outstanding team leadership skills to ensure your team is organized, efficient, effective, productive, and motivated. With the support of your team, you will manage the annual holistic schedule for our learning and enablement portfolio, define key workflows, and manage tactical coordination with other teams including internal learning strategists, learning vendors and global facilitators. Using industry best practices, you will generally make decisions within established policies, procedures and objectives​, escalating to the Director for guidance in novel or high-risk situations. You will work closely with L&TM leaders, PEX leaders, procurement, people business partners, andother cross-functional stakeholders across Autodesk, often in a matrix environment, to align expectations,remove barriers,and garner support for our learning portfolio.You will be accountable for the accurate execution of numerous financial processes, including the recharge process and tuition reimbursement.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver learning outcome excellence(strategic alignment, learner satisfaction, budget forecast, and on time delivery)

  • Ensure on time and on forecast delivery of our learning and enablement portfolio while also identifying opportunities for streamlined improvements towards impact, budget improvement and efficiency

  • Build, lead & coach a group of learning specialists who manage our deployment and evaluation processes from registration, through completion to high satisfaction

  • Increaselearning and enablementdelivery capabilities (including coordination of digital learning,content release/update cycles, LMS placement, physical learning spaces, equipment, onsite materials, and holistic learning schedule.)

  • Propose innovations to enable a more seamless strategic and functional deployment process

  • Analyze data to inform learning goals and strategy

  • Create, measure, and communicate learning results scorecard aligned to PPL quarterly and monthly reviews

  • Personally manage some of our most visible and strategic operations

  • Analyze business processes and L&TM technology platforms to recommend changes to gain efficiencies and enhance learner experience

  • Lead the team to update and maintain Learning content tools and curate available learning resources learning solutions, as needed, for assigned programs

  • Prioritizeoperationalissues and decisions for leadership engagementusingdata, analysis,opportunities, and options for risk mitigation

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 8+ years of experience in a combination of enterprise level learning or other enablement operations

  • Excellent learning enablement deployment, organization, and team collaboration skills

  • Proficiency in LMS software and/or learning enablement tools

  • Depth of knowledge governing learning and enablement operations methodologies and best practices

  • Ability to manage and coach learning specialists

  • Demonstrated distinctive blend of learning, operational, financial and communication skills

  • Experience working with cross-functional leadership teams and influencing without authority and for resources that may not report to your role

  • Ability to work independently with limited guidance to create structures and develop operational concepts

  • High comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability

  • Strong cross-functional leadership and analytical skills 

  • Adaptability and flexibility 

  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Best in class presentation skills using a combination of Excel and PowerPoint or similar tools

  • Understanding of financial cycles and models

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or Organizational Psychology (or similar) Understanding of AI and appropriate data governance in corporate learning analysis

  • Ability to anticipate risks and coach, advise solutions in the moment

  • Strong change management capability and experience

  • Experience in business process analysis and improvement

  • Prior experience in the technology industry

  • Familiarity with project management tools (ex., Asana, Smartsheets or Jira)
