About Delta Institute
Delta Institute is Crimson Education's work experience arm where we support our students to supercharge their careers in high school through immersive work experience programs (Delta Careers), practical, project-based training in AI and Code (Deltaschool) as well as support to develop and launch their own business or capstone project (Delta Launch powered by Icehouse Ventures). At Delta Institute, we're all about building the "delta" factor in our students' application portfolios. With us, students gain access to a dynamic learning environment, leveraging advanced technologies and industry partnerships to bridge the gap between academia and the professional world. Over 750 students have benefited from our programs thus far, all of them going on to study at well-renowned institutions and some at top ones such as Stanford, Princeton, Columbia, NYU, Imperial, Cambridge, and more. Why should you apply
- Gain insight into what working in the commercial team of a global toy company could look like
- Attend masterclasses where you will learn core skills from commercial leaders at ZURU, this includes masterclasses around business development, pillars of persuasion and delivering an amazing presentation
- Network and present your case to a panel of ZURU team members
- Winners of the case competition will be given the opportunity to interview for an internship at ZURU (location dependant)

- If you are selected to take part in the competition, you will be placed into groups you will complete the case competition with
- The case competition is expected to take approximately 10 hours a week from mid July to mid August.
