The role:

As the Graphic Designer, reporting to ClickView’s Graphic Designer Manager within our Product Development team, you will be working alongside a supportive and passionate team in our Pyrmont office and remotely. You’ll be responsible for creating and managing the digital assets on the product for our customer base of 5,000 schools across Australia, UK and USA.

The role will ensure quality and consistency in the visual design of the product, as well as work between the Content and Product team to ensure the product vision and design goals are met.

This is an exciting role where you will gain a lot of hands-on experience for a global company and oversee that asset creation are made in a timely manner and of high quality.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional graphic design skills, is adaptable and open-minded. You enjoy taking initiative and create a direct impact on the product. You bring an energy to the team that enhances collaboration and you will have a positive impact on the education industry

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and deliver the day-to-day visual design and creation of quality assets for the primary, secondary and tertiary product
  • Translate requirements into design solutions, from the mockup to execution
  • Effectively communicate your designs to our Graphic Designer Manager and other key stakeholders
  • Work alongside other teams to collaborate and create effective creative messages through your designs to drive customer engagement
  • Own the digital asset design, bring it to life through your work, and ensure brand consistency across the business and product
  • Work with the Graphic Designer Manager on evaluating and optimising our digital designs to analyse alignment to our product vision, through testing and providing reporting on asset progress and graphic work
  • Manage assets across regions to ensure the status’ are up-to-date and assets are delivered on time

As part of the application process, we ask that you submit a portfolio of your design work.

Requirements:

  • Superb graphic design skills with experience using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Knowledge of UI design principles & patterns is a bonus
  • Relevant design experience at a product-driven company desirable
  • Skilled in producing high quality visual assets
  • Manage multiple projects at once through exceptional organisational skills and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills, being able to effectively communicate ideas and rationale through oral, written, and visual deliverables to the team
  • Have the ability to liaise with all levels of stakeholders from a variety of teams
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Have an ability to see the big picture with a pixel-perfect attention to detail
