About the RoleWe're hiring a Graphic Designer on a pay-per-project basis to create marketing visuals for our real estate and small-business partners — think listing graphics, social media content, brochures, and branded templates. This is ongoing contract work with a steady project pipeline: designers who deliver consistently strong, on-time work can expect a predictable monthly volume in the $600–$1,400 range.How Pay Works
You're paid per completed project. Each project type is assigned a flat rate based on the average time it takes to complete at a standard hourly rate — so faster, efficient work is rewarded rather than penalized.
There is a 30-day probation period during which project rates are lower while we confirm fit and workflow. Full rates apply after probation is successfully completed.
Typical monthly earnings for a consistent contributor fall in the $600–$1,400 range depending on project volume and complexity, discussed in more detail during the interview process.
Requirements
Responsibilities
Design logos, social media graphics, brochures, and email templates for real estate and small-business clients.
Turn around revisions promptly based on written feedback (occasional live Zoom check-ins as projects require).
Keep design work aligned with each client's brand and messaging.
Manage your own project queue and communicate proactively on timelines.
Stay current on design trends relevant to real estate and small-business marketing.
Ideal Candidate
A strong portfolio showing range across digital and print design - illustrative work and typography a plus.
1+ years of professional design experience (agency, freelance, or in-house).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, PhotoShop, and InDesign).
Comfortable communicating in written English; conversational English for occasional calls.
Self-directed — able to manage multiple small projects without close oversight.
Bonus: basic copywriting ability for design-adjacent text (headlines, CTAs).
