Role Purpose:
We are looking for a skilled and creative Graphic Designer with a strong background in both digital and print design. The ideal candidate will showcase a diverse portfolio, demonstrating expertise in digital, print, and instore marketing materials, such as website assets, social media (reels and stills), email, print marketing materials and instore display. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to craft visually engaging, user-friendly experiences across both online and offline platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Layout: Create visually compelling designs for digital and print media, including assets for Amazon (display ads, side images, A+ content), website assets, social media ads, emails, sell sheets, brochures, print materials, and in-store display designs.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives while effectively communicating with all stakeholders throughout the design and production process.
Creative Development: Develop concepts and visuals that align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
Optimization: Ensure all designs are optimized for various devices, platforms, and print formats.
Production-Ready Files: Create precise design specifications and finalize error-free, production-ready files for print, digital, and in-store applications.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while making necessary revisions based on feedback.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with brand identity and meet technical requirements for production.
Quality Control: Conduct thorough design reviews and quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to technical specifications. Design Principles: Apply typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy to create aesthetically compelling designs that effectively communicate key messages.
Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging creative technologies to continuously elevate our brand presence.
Digital Best Practices: Stay up to date on digital best practices for social media and email creative to optimize engagement and performance.
Qualifications:
Proven 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Digital Designer, or similar role, with a strong understanding of print and production processes.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Knowledge of InDesign and After Effects is a plus.
A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print assets, with a focus on typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to proof and review designs for accuracy and quality before final production.
Experience in preparing production-ready files for digital, print, and packaging, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive and apply constructive feedback effectively.
Preferred:
Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
Experience in working within a fast-paced environment.
