OneIMS Group is currently seeking a driven and results-oriented Growth Account Executive to join our team. As a Growth Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and managing client relationships in the Martech industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales and marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the Martech industry through various channels, including prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Understand client objectives and develop customized marketing solutions to drive growth and achieve results.
  • Created and delivered persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes to position OneIMS Group's services effectively.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the Martech industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology solutions and trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in digital marketing or related fields is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CRM software (HubSpot) and sales tools.
  • Prior experience in a growth-focused role is a major plus.
