Summary of the Role:

As a Growth Marketing Manager for North America, you will be responsible for driving M-Files growth through demand generation activities, including email, Account Based Marketing, event, and digital strategy. As part of the regional growth team, you will work alongside the digital team and wider marketing organization and have access to best-in-class tools and programs, to execute the marketing mix that will drive high-quality marketing qualified leads and pipeline to enable the sales team to meet its revenue goals.

You will work closely with the North American business development and sales team leads to develop plans that align with the sales strategy for the region and to ensure timely and effective follow-up of leads and creation of pipeline.

This is a remote role but some occasional travel for events and internal meetings will be required. The role reports to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, North America.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Research, choose, design, and manage a program of physical and virtual events and webinars to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix; ensuring there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates.
  • Working with the digital marketing team to coordinate paid and organic campaigns that drive interest in events, webinars, and other marketing activities, and leverage digital platforms to maximize exposure to key target accounts.
  • Designing and implementing nurture campaigns for leads captured from digital and onsite activities. Making sure to communicate and coach BDRs on drips and messaging.
  • Developing and executing Account Based Marketing programs to generate interest at our top tier accounts.
  • Advising and supporting the execution of marketing efforts with channel partners by providing marketing development funds (MDF) and direction regarding self-service tools.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of programs that leverage MDF. Managing allocated MDF budget within the agreed parameters.
  • Driving marketing programs to build awareness within GSI partners.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues across the European / North America Growth Marketing team to share best practices, update on campaign plans and lessons learned, and identify where campaigns and activities could be replicated cross-regionally.
  • Demonstrating a strong grasp of reporting including key campaign metrics, MQL and pipeline performance against established targets and as appropriate, course correct.
  • Prioritizing and managing projects to timelines, budget, and resources.
  • Traveling as needed to support events, internal meetings, and other activities (up to 20%).

Requirements

Who you are/Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience serving in a similar growth or field marketing role, preferably for a SaaS vendor and aligned with the experience listed below:
    • Extensive experience planning and executing campaigns/programs across multiple channels, including a strong understanding of digital strategies and how they should be applied to meet regional goals.
    • Experience of planning and executing ABM programs to drive growth in targeted prospect accounts or verticals.
    • Strong, proven record of working closely alongside sales and business development teams, supporting them to consistently meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
    • An eye for detail, with the ability to closely monitor regional performance and quickly adapt as needed.
    • Well organized self-starter who takes the initiative and can work autonomously.
    • Hands-on understanding of marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, On24 and PowerBI.
  • This role is best suited for an experienced growth or field marketing manager who can demonstrate consistent high performance and achievement of targets.
