Your role as the Growth Program Leader In this fast-paced role reporting to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), you will serve as a critical driver of the company’s growth strategy and strategic initiatives. This role combines program leadership, strategic planning, and operational execution to support growth priorities across immediate and mid-term time horizons, from product and service innovations, partnerships, and scale motions. You will collaborate with senior leadership to design, execute, and optimize growth initiatives and ensure alignment with the company’s strategy motion, key outcomes, and organizational objectives.
The role will act as a "right-hand" to the CGO, overseeing a portfolio of growth initiatives while supporting agenda setting, outcomes, and deliverables to support the business and other executive interlocks. The ideal candidate is an independent, strategic thinker with strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
How you'll contribute
- Strategic Initiative Management: Drive execution of critical growth initiatives across the firm’s GTM strategy to support the company’s Strategy Motion.
- Program Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of key initiatives, including planning, execution, and post-implementation evaluation. Facilitate decision-making by presenting actionable insights and recommendations.
- Interlock with Strategy Committee: Partner with the CGO to prepare agendas, synthesize inputs, and drive actionable outcomes for the Strategy Committee, ensuring alignment between board-level decisions and operational execution.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support growth strategies and provide insights that inform decision-making and prioritization.
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement scalable processes to improve operational efficiency, streamline execution, and enhance collaboration across GTM teams.
- KPIs and Analytics Framework: Establish and maintain robust analytics frameworks to track and measure the impact of growth initiatives. Create clear and actionable communication plans to share results with internal and external stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a strategic connector across product management, product marketing, client services, operations and delivery teams to ensure successful adoption and execution of GTM strategies.
- Leadership Support: Partner with senior leaders to drive planning and execution for key interlocks such as annual planning, QBRs, and mid-year reviews. Create high-impact presentations and deliverables that convey strategy, progress, and outcomes. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
- Change Management: Develop change management and communication plans to support adoption of growth initiatives and drive alignment across teams.
Your skills and approach
- Strong expertise in program management and strategic planning with the ability to lead multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- High proficiency in analytics and KPI development, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems creatively, and influence stakeholders at senior leadership levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and a results-oriented approach.
- Leads with a growth mindset, ability to function with little structure to evaluate and address new business ideas.
- Strong facilitation and collaboration skills, with a track record of building effective partnerships across cross-functional teams.
- Comfort and discretion in handling confidential information and sensitive strategic topics.
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience, including leadership roles in program management, strategy, or GTM execution.
- Experience with board-level interlocks and preparation of executive presentations and deliverables.
- Proficiency with project management tools, analytics platforms, and advanced productivity application skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred.
