About the Role
As Growth Specialist, you are responsible for driving the company’s growth initiatives by identifying and executing initiatives and activities that increase customer acquisition, retention, and revenue. This role requires a data-driven individual with a deep understanding of digital marketing who will work cross-functionally with internal teams to develop and implement growth strategies.
Requirements
- Promptly monitor and respond to messages on Unibox (LinkedIn, Email, Intercom) and proactively tag responses and conversations appropriately in HeyReach LinkedIn automation tool.
- Ensure adherence to the defined process of website leads and appropriate campaigns.
- Perform analysis on objections identified and bring insights to the revenue team.
- Bring innovative ideas to the team to enhance processes, drive efficiency, and improve overall performance.
- Manage ops for campaigns through various digital channels to drive revenue growth.
- Test new ideas and tactics to drive growth and scale successful experiments across the organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and ensure alignment between campaigns and sales efforts to drive the achievement of the company’s goals.
- Analyze data to identify trends, gain insights and opportunities for growth, monitor KPIs, and prepare
regular reports on the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Stay current on industry trends and digital marketing best practices, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, business development, or a related role within a fast-paced environment, preferably in SaaS or tech industries, is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable growth.

The compensation for this role is a base salary range of $50-60K. Volt provides employees with health, dental, vision, and life insurance at no extra cost. Equity in the form of stock options offered to all employees.
