About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate, driven, and results-oriented professional to partner with the Head of Commercial for Australia, building and executing growth and product strategy. This Singapore-based role is crucial for driving ambitious growth targets and supporting the expansion of our Australian business.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with AU leadership, including the Country Head, Head of Commercial, and functional leads across departments, to shape Australia’s growth strategy and long-term plans.
- Lead strategic projects such as product launches, partnerships, and acquisition channels to drive growth metrics (e.g., NPS, Revenue, LTV/CAC).
- Align with growth, product, and engineering teams to create products that enhance customer experience and increase revenue.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and reporting to ensure successful execution.
- Identify and address project roadblocks to maintain progress.
- Collaborate with channel owners to analyze and optimize performance as needed.
Who You Are:
- 2-5 years of experience in growth strategy and project management roles.
- Highly attentive to detail, ensuring all important aspects are managed without derailment.
- Experienced in fast-paced tech companies (ideally B2C startups) or strategy consulting.
- Strong project management skills with impeccable organization and attention to detail.
- Creative problem-solver, able to think outside the box for complex challenges.
- Demonstrates structured thinking and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- International exposure or experience working in a global organization is a plus.
