THE OPPORTUNITY:

Are you a pharmaceutical sales professional with a passion for working in the Haematology arena?

We are on the hunt for seven standout individuals to join our brand-new UK Haematology sales team.

In this role, you will have the chance to collaborate with a highly skilled and integrated team comprising sales, marketing, PRA, and medical professionals. Your wealth of experience will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategy at both local and national levels, ultimately impacting patient outcomes across Lilly’s current and future Haematology portfolio.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Haematology Territory Business Manager, you will demonstrate your industry knowledge to identify and engage key healthcare professionals within your territory. Your ability to build and nurture strong relationships will be instrumental in promoting the priorities of our portfolio.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Compliantly achieve/exceed sales & new patient start targets through a mixture of focused customer interactions – including face-to-face calls, meetings & digital tactics.
  • Use business information to identify variance in local account performance and collaborate on tactical plans to maximise performance.
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise and product knowledge of own therapeutic area & appropriate competitor products.
  • Define, prepare, and implement your territory business plan with strong cross-functional collaboration that is aligned with the brand strategy and maximising execution of key tactics.
  • Support HCPs by continuing to develop/grow key capabilities in line with the company culture.
  • Partner with the Value Access team, Medical, and key head office colleagues to ensure industry-best teamwork and support of the customer base, leading to optimum business outcomes.
  • Demonstrate high integrity & compliance at all times with a can-do attitude.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven track record in identifying and converting business opportunities into growth.
  • Experience in developing regional and national thought leaders.
  • Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, and partner management.
  • Excellent demonstration of key capabilities such as in-call selling skills, key account management, business planning, personal accountability.
  • Past Haematology experience is preferable but not essential.
  • Proven ability to execute P2P/eP2P meeting programs.
  • ABPI Qualified.
  • Full UK Driving license.
