We are seeking a Head of Digital and Growth Marketing to join our team at Kami, a thriving organization with a mission to build the future of education. The successful candidate will lead a small in-house team and coordinate external partners to drive acquisition, activation, and growth through digital channels and campaigns.
Requirements
8+ years in digital marketing, growth, or SaaS marketing leadership roles
Experience scaling digital acquisition and lifecycle programs at large scale (B2B or PLG)
Proven experience with ABM/ABN campaigns, growth experiments, CRO, and lifecycle engagement
Experience managing marketing technology stacks, CMS, automation, analytics, or orchestrating technical teams
Strong team leadership, mentorship, and ability to coordinate contractors or agencies Benefits
