DescriptionThis is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of a global marketing function from day one. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the entire marketing strategy — from paid acquisition and content creation to community engagement and brand positioning. If you're a data-driven and creative marketer with a passion for fintech or trading, this is your chance to lead in a dynamic, fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Responsibilities- Design and implement a comprehensive go-to-market and growth marketing strategy.
Lead and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, affiliates, influencers).
Develop and execute a high-impact content strategy covering blogs, social media, educational resources, and video content.
Build and grow active trading communities on platforms such as Discord, Telegram, and X (formerly Twitter).
Set clear KPIs, track campaign performance, and continually optimise for ROI.
Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to ensure marketing is aligned with the full user journey.
Manage marketing budgets and external resources (freelancers, agencies, creators).
Requirements- Minimum of 4 years' experience in digital or growth marketing roles.
Proven expertise in paid marketing, content strategy, and community engagement.
Strong advantage: direct experience in the prop trading space or strong familiarity with trader behaviour and trading communities.
Background in fintech, trading, affiliate marketing, or performance-driven environments is preferred.
Analytical thinker with the ability to derive insights and turn them into strategic action.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Comfortable working independently in a remote-first, startup-like environment.
