Role Overview:

As the Head of Revenue, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the business. This position demands a strategic leader who is adept at building and managing high-performing marketing and sales teams and who possesses a profound understanding of the B2B SaaS market dynamics.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Go-to-market strategies.

  • Execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Partner with other department heads to align sales and marketing strategies and solutions.

  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and the strategic direction of accounts.

  • Oversee marketing, sales, customer success, and revenue operations to ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Mentor marketing and sales team members, fostering an environment of achievement and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to scale a B2B SaaS company through Go-to-market strategies.

  • Demonstrable experience in developing strategic plans that comprehensively cover market analysis, customer engagement, and revenue generation.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the capacity to direct and motivate a diverse and remote team.

  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.

  • Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics.

  • Familiarity with remote working setups and managing across different time zones.
