Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Head of Revenue to lead our revenue accounting and operations. Reporting to the Senior Director, Assistant Controller, you'll oversee billing, collections, and technical revenue recognition, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead revenue accounting, billing, and accounts receivable/collection teams
  • Develop and implement scalable processes for revenue recognition and order-to-cash
  • Serve as accounting lead on deal desk, partnering with Legal, Sales, and Strategic Finance
  • Establish revenue recognition policies for new business models and products
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, U.S. GAAP, and other regulatory requirements
  • Manage month-end and quarter-end close processes for revenue-related matters

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of accounting experience, including public company and Big 4 experience
  • CPA with strong knowledge of ASC 606, focusing on SaaS/Software industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience with accounting systems, Salesforce, and Workday Financial (preferred)
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment

For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is:$239,400—$395,200 USDFor all other work locations (including remote), the base salary range for this role is:$215,500—$323,300 USD
