About The RoleThe Head of Salesforce Partnership will be pivotal in spearheading and deepening Highspot's strategic relationship with Salesforce. This role demands a dynamic leader focused on developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies and driving significant revenue through direct collaboration with Salesforce. Regular travel to Salesforce offices and events will be essential to foster strong relationships and ensure alignment on mutual business goals.

What You'll Do

  • Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Be the quarterback across Highspot for the Salesforce partnership, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
  • Partnership Development: Lead the development and execution of strategic partnership initiatives with Salesforce, focusing on joint go-to-market strategies and revenue generation.
  • Revenue Growth: Direct efforts to meet or exceed revenue targets through effective partnership strategies and initiatives with Salesforce.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce partnership activities, ensuring alignment and integration of goals and strategies with Highspot’s overall business objectives.
  • Engagement: Travel frequently to Salesforce offices to engage with key stakeholders, participate in strategic meetings, and foster a strong partnership. Develop a network of advocates and allies to help drive our partnership forward.
  • Enablement: Be the Salesforce expert and enable our Partner Revenue team and Sales teams to have impactful interactions with our Salesforce counterparts and Salesforce customers

Your Background

  • Experience: At least 10 years in business development, strategic alliances or sales experience, with a significant portion of that experience in roles directly interacting with Salesforce. Past achievement exceeding goals including revenue and pipeline targets.
  • Strategic Acumen: Strong capability to develop strategic plans that align with corporate goals, with a proven track record of executing plans that materially impact revenue.
  • Communication and Influence: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and Commitment: Willingness to travel and adapt to varying business needs, with a strong commitment to driving partnership success.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing cross cross-functional teams and projects.

Base salary range: $144,900 - $217,700 On Target Earnings (OTE) range: $207,000 - $311,000, 70.00% base/30.00% variable target OTE split. Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation.
The above represents total expected compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.
