    About this role

    About the Role

We are seeking a detail-driven Compliance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our credentialing and compliance operations — ensuring our aides and therapists remain fully documented, current, and audit-ready at all times. If you thrive on organization, love a good checklist, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this role is for you.

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required for this position.

    What You'll Do

    • Monitor and track expiration dates for licenses, certifications, medical clearances, physicals, I-9s, and other required personnel documents

    • Follow up with aides and therapists on outstanding or expiring documentation — keeping staff accountable and records complete

    • Conduct pre-hire compliance audits to ensure all required paperwork is in order before onboarding begins

    • Perform routine audits of personnel files and compliance systems to verify accuracy and completeness

    • Maintain and update the compliance database with timely, accurate information

    • Communicate professionally with staff, supervisors, and external agencies to collect and verify documentation

    • Prepare compliance reports and flag issues proactively to leadership

    • Support policy updates and process improvement initiatives related to compliance tracking

    • Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable state and federal regulations What You Bring

    Required:

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • At least 1 year of experience in compliance, HR, or administrative coordination

    • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database/compliance management systems

    • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines

    Preferred:

    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree

    • Experience in a healthcare setting

    • Hands-on experience with HHA Exchange (strongly preferred)

    • Background in following up on aide physicals, I-9 documentation, and related HR compliance tasks Who You Are

You're proactive, not reactive. You send the reminder before someone misses the deadline. You follow up without being asked, keep your files spotless, and bring a professional, service-oriented attitude to every interaction. You work just as well independently as you do as part of a team, and you understand the importance of confidentiality and data integrity.
