Job Role
We’re recruiting a HR Co-ordinator to play a vital role in assisting the Senior HR Business Partner in the execution of HR initiatives and daily operational tasks. You'll support with the coordination of HR activities such as reward and recognition, people development and recruitment as well as HR reporting and systems management.
You’ll use your communication and interpersonal skills to act as a point of contact for employees and managers and support in addressing employee queries, coordinating events and ensuring HR compliance across the organisation.
Our perfect candidate will have prior experience in an HR support or coordinator role and be familiar with a HR Information System. However, we value exceptional customer service, initiative and innovation, and excellent organisation skills over ticking every single box.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range of €31,000 to €36,000 p.a. (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Key Responsibilities
- Support hiring managers with their onboarding process by building positions in the HR system, liaising with the recruitment team, shortlisting and interview preparation.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee enquiries with HR related matters.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of files and records.
• Assist employees with benefits-related queries and enrolments.
• Help implement and monitor adherence to HR policies.
• Assist the HR Business Partner with HR projects.
• Support change management initiatives.

Skills and Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR support or coordinator role.
• Experience working with a HR information system is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Desirable:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field OR CIPD qualified.
