What will you be doing?

The HR Coordinator will provide support to the HR Generalist and Sr. HRBP to accomplish HR initiatives. Responsible for implementing and supporting all HR initiatives and programs for assigned businesses related to talent management, organizational and leadership development, performance management, compensation, employee relations and organizational effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own the ScanScape Atlas inbox.
  • Generate and help analyze reports as business requires.
  • Manage employee queries and provide support.
  • Verifies that the systems are communicating information (Atlas/EM).
  • Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Assists with other projects as required or assigned.
  • Assist in creating training manuals for certain platforms and processes.
  • Manages all Atlas transactions including terminations, personal information requests, etc.
  • Upload offer letters in Document Management.
  • Responsible for adding in Employment Authorizations into HRIS (UKG).

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years HR experience with knowledge of the principles and practices of human resources management.
  • Outstanding client and candidate relationship skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly organized.
  • Strong project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once and deliver on time.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to SOPs.
  • Solid PC skills including ability to quickly learn new technologies required for the position.
  • High degree of accuracy and focus/attention to detail.
  • Must be a team player and be able to provide backup support as needed.
