HR Supervisor- "W-TRS"

Responsible for the employee services and Strength Management Teams whose functions include HRIS, benefits/compensation support, proposal support and assignment provisions. This role will provide input to HR Manager on HRIS activities, transition planning for on-boarding activities, and tracking for authorized vs assigned personnel against project positions across multiple locations both CONUS and OCONUS.

Job Description:
Supervises the HR Services Team with primary responsibility over new hire orientation on assignment provisions/policies, the processing of all employee related actions in the HRIS system including job changes, terminations, transfers.
Supervises the Strength Management Team with primary responsibility over reviewing and approving changes to the Authorized positions and ensuring accurate and complete updating/tracking for the Authorized Position List.
Assists in the transition of W-TRS projects in planning, designing and execution of all HR services related functions.
Maintains and coordinates the Job Change process
Oversees and maintains all organizational hierarchy for job code tables and prepares reports out of the HRIS system/applications for the W-TRS program. Ensures that all employee personnel records are correct, by running internal HR audits.
Provides human resources proposal support with coordination with the appropriate HR Management team, project team and legal on ensuring timely responses.
Analyzes system to resolve all issues and escalate all customer issues to management to provide efficient resolution to the program.
Primary contact on benefit issues, resolution and will coordinate with the functional management team.
Handles confidential matters (personnel actions, management reports, etc.).
Material & Equipment Directly Used:
Computers, printers, scanner, calculator, FAX machine, copy machine, and other general office equipment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required (Outlook, Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint).
Education and Experience:
Mandatory Qualifications:
Must be able, willing and ready to deploy to domestic and international locations, including on a
temporary basis and or as a member of the Vectrus Rapid Deployment Team (RDT) or Transition Team. These locations may include austere, remote, and hazardous areas where Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
Must have CAC eligibility
Must have passport and ability to travel international.
Experience:
Seven years Human Resources experience is required.
Three years of demonstrated Supervisory experience over a HR Services team.
*Previous start up experience for HR Projects.
Physical Requirements:
Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.
Working Conditions:
None. The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work.)
