<p> <strong>Headquarters:</strong> BR <br /><strong>URL:</strong> <a href="http://canva.site">http://canva.site</a> </p> <div><h3><span><strong>You at Deloitte:</strong></span></h3> <p>You will have the opportunity to advance your career within the organization with the world’s most diverse portfolio of professional services, working as an HRBP Supervisor on the <strong>People &amp; Purpose team.</strong> In your day-to-day work, you will</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a key contact in the Business Partner area, managing <strong>a high volume of requests</strong>;</li> <li><strong>Create, compile, and analyze HR metrics</strong>, proposing improvement actions based on the data;</li> <li>Monitor the entire <strong>Performance Management cycle</strong> and <strong>lead calibration committees</strong> with the business units;</li> <li>Support <strong>onboarding</strong> and <strong>offboarding</strong> processes;</li> <li>Lead and support <strong>strategic projects</strong> in the area;</li> <li>Prepare <strong>executive presentations</strong> and <strong>management reports</strong>;</li> <li>Manage <strong>openings, terminations</strong> and <strong>intern management</strong>;</li> <li>Support Business Partners on <strong>strategic topics</strong> and initiatives with the <strong>business</strong>;</li> <li><strong>Lead and develop</strong> a team of analysts.</li> </ul> <p>At Deloitte, we seek people who want to make a positive impact every day.
